5. Specified capital markets products
Feedback & supportFor the purposes of the definition of “specified capital markets products” in section 137ZH(1) of the Act, the following capital markets products are prescribed: (a)any share of a corporation that is listed on an approved exchange;
(b)
any unit in a business trust that is listed on an approved exchange; (c)any unit in a real estate investment trust.
