Regulation 11
Transitional provision
Subregulation 1
These Regulations do not apply to any regulated contract entered into before the coming into operation of these Regulations.
Subregulation 2
In respect of the cancellation of direct sales contracts and time share contracts entered into before 15 April 2009, the revoked Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Contracts) Regulations (Cap. 52A, Rg 1, 2004 Revised Edition) continue to apply as if these Regulations had not been enacted.
