Regulation 8
No imposition of additional duty or liability on consumer
Subregulation 1
The supplier must not by a term in a contract impose, directly or indirectly, any additional duty or liability on the consumer in relation to the duties imposed by these Regulations.
Subregulation 2
Where any term in a contract is inconsistent with paragraph (1), it is void to the extent of such inconsistency.
