6. Fee

(1)
The fee for the grant of a licence (other than a licence granted to an applicant referred to in section 32 of the Act) shall be $10, which is non-refundable.
(2)
The Registrar may, in the circumstances of any particular case, waive the fee payable under paragraph (1).
