12. Forfeiture of Medal
Feedback & supportIf a person to whom the Medal has been awarded under these Rules is convicted of a criminal offence or is dismissed or discharged from the Singapore Police Force for disciplinary reasons, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, may order the forfeiture of the Medal.
Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, may, at any time, restore the Medal to any person whose Medal has been so forfeited.
Where the Medal has been restored to any person, the fact of the restoration shall be published in the Gazette.
Subregulation 1
If a person to whom the Medal has been awarded under these Rules is convicted of a criminal offence or is dismissed or discharged from the Singapore Police Force for disciplinary reasons, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, may order the forfeiture of the Medal.
