Liquidator’s meetings of creditors and partners

Subregulation 1

In addition to the first meetings of creditors and partners and in addition also to meetings of creditors and partners directed to be held by the Court under paragraph 73 of the Fifth Schedule to the Act (referred to in these Rules as Court meetings of creditors and partners), the liquidator in any winding up by the Court may himself from time to time subject to the provisions of the Act and the control of the Court summon, hold and conduct meetings of the creditors or partners (referred to in these Rules as liquidator's meetings of creditors and partners) for the purpose of ascertaining their wishes in all matters relating to the winding up.

Subregulation 2

The notice calling for such meeting shall be in Form 43.
