142. Cost of obtaining sanction of Court
Feedback & supportIn any case in which the sanction of the Court is obtained under rule 140 or 141 the cost of obtaining the sanction shall be borne by the person in whose interest the sanction is obtained, and shall not be payable out of the LLP’s assets.
