144. Notice of liquidator’s intention to apply for release
Feedback & supportA liquidator before making application for his release in Form 55 shall give notice of his intention to do so in Form 54 to all the creditors who have proved their debts and to all the partners, and shall send with the notice a summary of all receipts and payments in the winding up in Form 56.
