165. Certificate as to special terms of remuneration, etc.

Where the bill of costs or charges of any solicitor, manager, accountant, auctioneer, broker or other person employed by a liquidator is or are payable out of the assets of the LLP, a certificate in writing, signed by the liquidator, shall, on the assessment, be produced to the Assessing Master setting forth any special terms of remuneration which have been agreed to, and in the case of the bill of costs of a solicitor, a copy of the resolution or other authority sanctioning his employment.
