169. Costs ordered by Court or Judge to be paid by LLP

Nothing in rule 168 shall apply to or affect costs which, in the course of legal proceedings by or against an LLP which is being wound up by the Court, are ordered by the Court in which such proceedings are pending, or a Judge thereof, to be paid by the LLP or the liquidator, or the rights of the person to whom the costs are payable.
