69. Settlement of list of partners
Feedback & supportOn the day appointed for settlement of the list of partners the liquidator shall hear any person who objects to being settled as a partner, and after such hearing shall finally settle the list in Form 35 which, when so settled, shall be the list of partners of the LLP.
