70. Notice to partners

The liquidator shall immediately thereafter give notice in Form 36 to every person whom he has finally placed on the list of partners stating in what character and for what interest he has been placed on the list, and in the notice inform that person that any application for the removal of his name from the list, or for a variation of the list, must be made to the Court by summons within 21 days from the date of the service on the partner or alleged partner of the notice.
