Prescribed particulars under section 47A(3)(b) of Act

For the purposes of section 47A(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed particulars of a partner with executive control are —
(a)
full name;
(b)
aliases, if any;
(c)
residential address;
(ca)email address;
(cb)contact number;
(d)
nationality;
(e)
identity card number or passport number;
(f)
date of birth;
(g)
date on which the partner with executive control is taken to be a registrable controller of the limited liability partnership; and
(h)
date on which the partner with executive control is no longer taken to be a registrable controller of the limited liability partnership, if applicable.
