Daily review and revocation of hot-work permit
Subregulation 1
It shall be the duty of the ship repair manager to review and assess the need to continue the hot-work on a daily basis and revoke the hot-work permit if he thinks fit to do so.
Subregulation 2
If, after issuing a hot-work permit in respect of any hot-work, the ship repair manager is of the view that the carrying out of the hot-work poses or is likely to pose a risk to the safety and health of persons at work in the shipyard or on board the ship in the harbour, he may order the hot-work to cease immediately and revoke the hot-work permit.
