Regulation 1
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Operation of Cranes) Regulations 2011 and shall, with the exception of regulation 5(4) and (5), come into operation on 10th September 2011.(2) Regulation 5(4) and (5) shall come into operation on 1st September 2013.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Operation of Cranes) Regulations 2011 and shall, with the exception of regulation 5(4) and (5), come into operation on 10th September 2011.
Subregulation 2
Regulation 5(4) and (5) shall come into operation on 1st September 2013.
