Regulation 30
Savings and transitional provision
Every person who, immediately before 10th September 2011, is —
(a)
a crane operator registered under the repealed Factories (Operation of Cranes) Regulations (Cap. 104, Rg 10); or
(b)
an approved crane contractor approved under the repealed Factories (Operation of Cranes) Regulations,shall be deemed to be registered or approved under regulations 7 and 22 of these Regulations respectively, and such registration or approval shall expire on the day it would have expired if these Regulations had not been enacted.
