Regulation 23

Overlay and screening nets

Subregulation 1

Subject to paragraph (2), it shall be the duty of the responsible person to ensure that overlay or screening nets shall be used to envelope any timber or metal scaffold in a workplace which is erected on the outside of a building.

Subregulation 2

Paragraph (1) shall not apply to a tower scaffold.
