Measures against electrical hazards
It shall be the duty of —
(a)
the employer of any person who uses or is to use any scaffold in a workplace; or
(b)
the principal under whose direction any person uses or is to use any scaffold in the workplace,to ensure that all practicable measures shall be taken to protect the person from electric shock by electrical wires or equipment when using the scaffold.
