Savings and transitional provision
Notwithstanding the revocation of the Factories (Scaffolds) Regulations 2004, every person who, immediately before 10th September 2011, is registered as an approved scaffold contractor under regulation 5(3) of the revoked Regulations shall —
(a)
be deemed to be an approved scaffold contractor under these Regulations; and
(b)
cease to be an approved scaffold contractor on the expiry of its registration as an approved scaffold contractor as if these Regulations had not been made.
