Regulation 23

For the purposes of section 41(1) of the Act, the Authority may require the manufacturer, importer, supplier or registrant of a medical device to furnish to the Authority, within such time as may be specified in the notice, such number of copies, as may be specified in the notice, of any advertisement relating to any medical device which the manufacturer, importer, supplier or registrant has issued, or has caused to be issued, within the period of 12 months immediately preceding the date the notice is served.
