Regulation 51

A notice to be given to the Authority under these Regulations must be given in the form and manner, and within the time, specified on the Authority’s website.

Any person who, for the purposes of giving any notice to the Authority under these Regulations, furnishes the Authority with any particulars, information or document which the person knows is false or misleading shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
