Regulation 27

Disclosure of information on applications for registration

For the purposes of section 66(2)(d) of the Act, the Authority may from time to time disclose, for the information of the public and in the manner determined by the Authority, such particulars of applications for the registration of medical devices which it receives as it may determine, provided that the particulars to be disclosed under this regulation exclude —

(a)

any trade secret; and

(b)

any information that has commercial value that would be, or would likely be, diminished by the disclosure.
