Publicity to be in accordance with these Regulations
A registered person may, subject to these Regulations and such guidelines or directives as may be issued by the Board, publicise his opticianry or optometry practice or the practice of the opticianry or optometry business of which he is a partner, a director or an employee, or allow his employees or the employees of his business to do so.
