Regulation 14
Subregulation 1
An officer convicted of a criminal charge shall not, unless the Authority otherwise directs, receive any emolument from the date of conviction, pending consideration of his case by the Authority.
Subregulation 2
If any increment of an officer has been withheld pending the outcome of the criminal charge, the Authority may order forfeiture of such withheld increment.
