12. Prohibition on starting motor vehicle near refuelling points

(1)
No driver of any motor vehicle in the movement area shall start the motor vehicle when it is within an unsafe area around any refuelling point or fuel tank of an aircraft which is being refuelled.
(2)
An unsafe area is such area which the airport licensee determines to be at risk of fire or otherwise dangerous.
