20. Flashing beacon light for vehicles

A driver of a vehicle must ensure that when the vehicle is within the airside, the flashing beacon light on top of the vehicle —
is of a type approved by the airport licensee; and
is switched on and remains illuminated at all times.
However, paragraph (1)(b) does not apply to a vehicle when it is parked with its engine off within a part of the airside that is not the runway or taxiway.
