Regulation 23

Every registered private education institution shall inform the Agency, in writing, of any association, collaboration or affiliation with any other person, whether in Singapore or elsewhere, in respect of any course offered or provided, or to be offered or provided, by it within 14 days of establishing such association, collaboration or affiliation.
