Non-application to election meetings and processions

These Regulations do not apply to any public assembly or public procession to which either of the following Regulations apply:
(a)
the Public Order (Election Meetings and Processions in Parliamentary Elections) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 486/2009);
(b)
the Public Order (Election Meetings and Processions in Presidential Elections) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 273/2017).
