Regulation 6
Subregulation 1
Every applicant shall, if so required in writing by the Commissioner —
(a)
attend personally before the Commissioner; and
(b)
provide clarification to the Commissioner as to such additional particulars, information and document as may be required.
Subregulation 2
Where an applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with any requirement of the Commissioner under paragraph (1), the Commissioner may reject the advance notice given by the applicant.
