6. Applicant’s attendance
Feedback & supportEvery applicant shall, if so required in writing by the Commissioner —
attend personally before the Commissioner; and
provide clarification to the Commissioner as to such additional particulars, information and document as may be required.
Where an applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with any requirement of the Commissioner under paragraph (1), the Commissioner may reject the advance notice given by the applicant.
Subregulation 1
Every applicant shall, if so required in writing by the Commissioner —
