Regulation 12

Replacement of Medal, Star, Bar or Bar (Enhanced)

If the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence is satisfied that a Medal, Star, Bar or Bar (Enhanced) has been lost or destroyed, he may replace it upon payment by the person entitled to it of a sum sufficient to cover the cost of the replacement.
