Regulation 13

Forfeiture of Medal, Star, Bar or Bar (Enhanced)

Subregulation 1

The Armed Forces Council may forfeit any Medal, Star, Bar or Bar (Enhanced) awarded to any person under these Rules, if the person ––

(a)

is convicted by a court in Singapore of any criminal offence;

(b)

is dismissed or removed from the Singapore Armed Forces on disciplinary grounds;

(c)

is guilty of misconduct; or

(d)

is shown to be disloyal to Singapore.

Any Medal, Star, Bar or Bar (Enhanced) so forfeited may be restored by the Armed Forces Council.

In paragraph (1)(a), “court” does not include any subordinate military court or the Military Court of Appeal.
