Communications from Selection Committee or Chief Justice
Subregulation 1
Where the Selection Committee or the Chief Justice wishes, or is required, to inform any person in writing of any matter under these Rules, the Selection Committee or the Chief Justice (as the case may be) may do so by post, fax, delivery or electronic mail.
Subregulation 2
The Chief Justice may also inform any person in writing of any matter under these Rules using the electronic filing service established under Order 28, Rule 2 of the Rules of Court 2021.
