Period of maintenance of documents and information

For the purposes of section 44C(1) of the Act, the prescribed period is —
(a)
for any document or information mentioned in section 44C(1)(a), (b), (ba) or (c) of the Act — at least 5 years after the date the relevant estate agency work carried out by or on behalf of the licensed estate agent is completed; and
(b)
for any document or information mentioned in regulation 13 — at least 5 years after the record is made.
