Regulation 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010 and shall, with the exception of regulation 9 and Parts IV, V and VI, come into operation on 15th November 2010.

Parts IV, V and VI shall come into operation on 1st January 2011.

Regulation 9 shall come into operation on 1st March 2011.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010 and shall, with the exception of regulation 9 and Parts IV, V and VI, come into operation on 15th November 2010.
Subregulation 2
Parts IV, V and VI shall come into operation on 1st January 2011.
Subregulation 3
Regulation 9 shall come into operation on 1st March 2011.
