33. Announcement of determination
Feedback & supportThe Health Committee must notify the Registrar of any order made under section 58 of the Act and the Registrar must serve on the registered allied health professional a notice in accordance with section 58(9) of the Act.
The chairperson of the Health Committee may announce the determination of the Health Committee under regulation 32 in the terms that the Health Committee may approve.
Subregulation 1
The Health Committee must notify the Registrar of any order made under section 58 of the Act and the Registrar must serve on the registered allied health professional a notice in accordance with section 58(9) of the Act.

The chairperson of the Health Committee may announce the determination of the Health Committee under regulation 32 in the terms that the Health Committee may approve.
