4. Application of Part 26 of Family Justice (General) Rules 2024 in relation to criminal proceedings in Youth Courts

Despite Part 1, Rule 2(7)(a) of the Family Justice (General) Rules 2024 (G.N. No. S 720/2024), Part 26, Rules 1, 2, 3(1) to (7), 5 and 6 of those Rules apply in relation to any criminal proceedings in a Youth Court.
