Regulation 10
Offences and penalties
Subregulation 1
A shipowner who contravenes regulation 7, 8(1) or 9(1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
Subregulation 2
An approved financial security provider who contravenes regulation 8(2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
