Pressure to accept payment
A shipowner must not exert pressure or undue influence on any person who is entitled to bring a claim for compensation under a financial security contract for death or long‑term disability entered into by the shipowner to accept payment of an amount less than the amount due to the person under the financial security contract for death or long‑term disability.
