6B. Consent to surrender bus service licence
Feedback & supportAn application for the consent of the LTA to surrender a bus service licence must —
(a)
be made by the licensee concerned to the LTA in the form and manner the LTA requires; and
(b)
where the bus service licence to be surrendered is a Class 2 bus service licence, be accompanied by an application fee of $40.
