3. Class 1 bus service licence
Feedback & supportAn application for a Class 1 bus service licence authorising the operation of 10 or more regular route services must be made no later than 3 months before the first of those regular route services is provided to the public.
An application to renew a Class 1 bus service licence must be made no later than 3 months (or any shorter period that an authorised officer may allow in any particular case) before the expiry of the licence.
Every application for or to renew a Class 1 bus service licence must be accompanied by an application fee that is determined in accordance with paragraph (4).
The application fee mentioned in paragraph (3) is an amount calculated as follows:where Ais the number of public bus services contracts that the applicant is a party.
