Regulation 4

Powers to ask for further and better particulars

Subregulation 1

For the purposes of deciding an appeal, the Minister may request the appellant to do all or any of the following that may be necessary to decide the appeal:

(a)

give additional information to the Minister within the time specified in the request;

(b)

produce to the Minister, within the time specified in the request, any document, record or other thing in the custody or under the control of the appellant.

Subregulation 2

For the purposes of deciding an appeal, the Minister may also make any inquiries that the Minister considers necessary.
