5. Failure to comply with time limits, etc.
Feedback & supportThe Minister may refuse any appeal —
that is incomplete or not made in accordance with these Regulations; or
if the appellant fails to comply with the Minister’s request for any information, document, record or other thing under regulation 4(1).
The Minister may disregard any information, document, record or other thing given to the Minister after the expiry of the time limit for the giving of the information, document, record or other thing.
Subregulation 1
The Minister may refuse any appeal —
