Regulation 11
Every research institution and every researcher must ensure that a person (A) (including that researcher) must not be involved in restricted research involving the use of any oocyte or embryo obtained from a woman (B) where A was previously involved in the assisted reproduction treatment or other therapeutic treatment of B during which the oocyte or embryo was obtained.
