9. Application of this Part
Feedback & supportThis Part, except for regulation 10, does not apply to oocytes and embryos imported from a place outside Singapore for the purpose of research in Singapore where there is documentary evidence that consent has been given in accordance with the legal or ethical requirements of that place.
