7. Period of insurance cover

On the payment of the premium for an insured person’s medisave-approved plan, that person is insured under the plan for a period of 12 months from the date the premium is due, unless —

a shorter period applies under these Regulations or the MediShield Life Scheme Regulations 2015; or

the medisave-approved plan is earlier terminated or cancelled.
