Regulation 11

Prescribed public schemes under section 9(3) of Act

The following public schemes are prescribed for the purposes of section 9(3) of the Act: (a)the ComCare Long-Term Assistance Scheme established under the Community Care Endowment Fund Act 2005;

(b)

the ComCare Short-to-Medium Term Assistance Scheme established under the Community Care Endowment Fund Act 2005;

(c)

any healthcare-related public scheme specified in regulation 3 of the MediShield Life Scheme (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 458/2017);

(d)

any public scheme that provides financial relief, assistance or support in respect of an individual’s daily living expenses or the living expenses of the individual’s household;

(e)

any public scheme that provides financial relief, assistance or support in respect of the adequacy of an individual’s savings for his or her retirement.
