5. How to make application for certification of inspection

An application for a certification of inspection with respect to a relevant vehicle must be made using a form approved by the Authority and through the designated examiner engaged by the applicant to conduct the examination or assessment of the relevant vehicle for the purposes of Division 2 of Part 4 of the Act.
