Notice of order made under section 372 of Act
Subregulation 1
Subject to the direction of the Court —
(a)
an order under section 372(1) of the Act must be in Form PIR‑22; and
(b)
an order under section 372(2) of the Act must be in Form PIR‑23.
Subregulation 2
Where an order is made under section 372(2) of the Act, the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate in question must communicate the order to the person to whom the order is directed.
