Application to dispense with service of copy of notice of disclaimer
Where the trustee of a bankrupt’s estate disclaiming onerous property under section 373 of the Act is required by regulation 69 of the Bankruptcy Regulations to serve a copy of the notice of disclaimer on any person, the trustee may apply to the Court for an order dispensing with such service.
