Review of order made under section 372 of Act
Subregulation 1
Where an order has been made under section 372 of the Act for payment to the trustee of a bankrupt’s estate of a portion of the bankrupt’s pay, salary or other income, the bankrupt may, upon any diminution in the amount of that income, apply to the Court to rescind or vary the order.
Subregulation 2
A sealed copy of the application to the Court under paragraph (1) and a copy of the affidavit supporting the application must be served personally on the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate by the bankrupt at least 7 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the application.
Subregulation 3
Where any order is made upon an application under paragraph (1), the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate mentioned in that paragraph must communicate the order to the person to whom the order under section 372 of the Act was directed.
